蟹黄油
前排外子去咗泰州做野買咗2樽蟹黄油返黎。半樽蟹黄半樽蟹肉真係好吸引,今日宅到冇朋友的我整了丁麵食,順便落了3匙蟹肉。由於落咗味粉,蟹黄油味一D都唔突出,下次應該唔落味粉乾撈或者裝飯前放在碗低撈勻,應該會好食D。
放足半年唔使入雪櫃,可能落了好多防腐劑。。。
D蟹油溶哂落湯度。
