跑步
之前因為想 kill time 所以練跑步,日日係咁跑,好想愈跑愈好。最後跑到肌肉勞損,唞了超過一個月才好番。上個月我在雜誌裡寫了一篇感想,其實都係講緊呢件事。最後跑步成為一種興趣,都算得著。不過已無之前跑咁密。一個月跑一、兩次,無壓力。我都想跑步可以減肥,但我都係想,唔好畀壓力自己。
