尋日同emily去左佢介紹西灣河o既「自己友火鍋」度食野,d野真係非常新鮮好味,值得推介!
檯面上見到左起:肥牛、鵝腸、田雞、大蜆、雞脾菇、粟米,仲有腐竹、蘿蔔、肥鱔片,d蜆有d唔新鮮,其他都勁好味!~

估唔到用手機影都幾靚!
一邊打邊爐,一邊bbq,打打下又將d打邊爐料囉黎燒~燒烤達人教我地將鵝腸放係大蜆殼上面燒,d鵝腸肥膏燒溶後非常惹火!要不停睇住個火!鵝腸囉黎打邊爐就非常爽脆,燒起黎d鵝油就非常之香,好有鵝肝味!之後我將細細塊肥牛放入個蜆殼入面燒,連塊肥牛都變左鵝肝味肥牛!!超正!超肥!超好味呀!~
唔記得講,埋單係HK$420,一人都係二百蚊,都幾抵食喎~
